Our Process

  • Let’s arrange a time to meet and discuss your wants and needs! At this point we will figure out the basic but most important things. This consult will help us get a feel for your project and help us get to know you so that we can provide you with EXACTLY what you are looking for and make sure that we are going to be the perfect fit for each other. We want to know every detail!

  • If you do not have a lot purchased, we can work with a realtor, city/town, municipality or land developer to find you the perfect spot that is suitable for building the home or business of your dreams.

  • First, we will discuss layouts, lot sizing, setbacks, style, stories etc. We will then take your information to our engineers, architects, designers & drafts people to begin architectural drawings of your home. This is an in depth process which can take between 2 - 4 months (or until your dream is complete on paper, exactly as you want it).

  • Our team will put together an in-depth breakdown of all quotes, costs and fees, as well as a complete construction drawing package. This portfolio will be presented to you to provide to the financial institution of your choice.

  • We will apply for all of the necessary permits required for building. If there are any uncertainties, our qualified team members can analyze your lot and help with zoning requirements.

  • Construction time will vary depending on the complexity of the project. We will always make sure that your project is complete as fast as possible without ever sacrificing any quality. Upon completion of your construction documents, financing & permits, we will provide you with an estimated timeline and building schedule. You will be updated regularly so that you are up to date on the exciting building progress.

  • Sidson completes a walk-through and inspection after each building phase. You will get a site walk-through at predetermined intervals so you can be a part of our building process. Prior to building turnover, we will do a final walk-through to ensure that your home is completed to your specifications.
